You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DermaLogistics Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY

For all intents and purposes, the obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement.
These Terms of Service are in effect until either you or we terminate them. You can terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or if you stop using our site.
If, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service or if we suspect that you have failed to comply, we may immediately terminate this agreement without prior notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights or provisions.
These Terms of Service and any other policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether verbal or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise, alter, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service by publishing updates and modifications on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for updates. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service after the posting of any modifications to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
PURCHASE NOW, PAY LATER OFFER
Our offering of "buy now, pay later" is administered by a third party. Your payment agreement is with them, and we cannot modify the terms you have agreed to with them. If you wish, we can help you pay off the remaining balance in full earlier.
CANCELLATION OF COURSES
The following cancellation fees will apply:
There is no refund for the Online Courses if login has occurred or if 60 days have passed since purchase. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
Hands-on Workshops: Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course, and your spot will not be reserved until full payment is received. Regardless of whether you have logged in to begin your online learning, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required for all workshops. Students are responsible for all costs associated with attending a course, including travel, lodging, and other personal expenses. However, we can provide assistance with arrangements and parking.
If a student withdraws from a workshop more than fourteen days prior to the start of the course, they are entitled to a 50 percent refund of paid course fees (less the $300 non-refundable deposit). Withdrawals made within 14 days of the course's start date, for any reason (excluding testing positive for COVID-19 or having to isolate as a contact - given in writing by an authorized health professional) are not eligible for a refund. However, course fees are transferable to other courses within the next 12 months for the same individual, but not to other individuals.
DermaLogistics Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course without providing an explanation. You will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable course if this occurs. If this is unsuitable, the full course fee will be refunded, minus the $300 non-refundable deposit. Other expenses, including but not limited to travel and lodging, are not refundable; we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
If COVID-19-related border closures prevent us from delivering the course or prevent you from attending, the course will be rescheduled. Please consider the following information before enrolling. If a mutual date cannot be found, we will refund your course fees in full, minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.
CLINICAL COMPETENCY
Completion of any DermaLogistics Ltd course does not imply competency or safe practice on the part of the participant, but it does signify that the participant has satisfactorily completed the course curriculum.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Immediately after purchasing your course (via Stripe), access to the course LMS is immediately available online. After placing an order for any physical item (including laser machines) with DermaLogistics Ltd, we will contact you the following business day via email or phone. Our mission is to provide you with the best service possible and to help you maximize the performance of your item. Our sales representative will evaluate your order and contact you with an estimated delivery date. The delivery time may vary between 9-30 days, depending on the nature of the order.
Shipping Techniques - All items can be shipped across New Zealand via express logistics services such as DHL or Main Freight. You are welcome to request a free quote by filling out the form with your name, email address, detailed address, product, and requirements; we will contact you at earliest convenience with the complete details, including the most appropriate delivery method (quick, secure, discreet) and freight.
Shipping Rates - We reserve the right to adjust the shipping fee if the actual weight of the package results in a higher rate than originally estimated. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs as well as taxes levied.
Shipment Monitoring - The procedure is fairly straightforward and well-organized. After the item has left our facility, a delivery number will be assigned to your shipment. This is the shipment tracking number for your package. We will contact you with your tracking number and the website where you can monitor its progress.
Damaged Shipments - We carefully select our carriers based on their ability to deliver your products safely and courteously at a reasonable cost. On occasion, however, a shipment may sustain damage. Customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process in these rare instances (if needed). We request that customers notify us within 24 hours of any packaging or item damage. Customers can email info@dermalogistics.co.nz to reach us.
